Where your Workday pay stub lives

Workday pay stubs live inside the Pay worklet, under Payslips. On most tenants the worklet is on the home dashboard; on enterprise tenants the same section sometimes gets renamed to Pay Information or Compensation or tucked inside a "Menu" drawer, but the underlying object is the same — every Workday tenant exposes payslips somewhere under the Pay hub. Workday's top search bar (Ctrl+/ or just tapping the magnifier) is the fastest escape hatch when the navigation is unfamiliar: typing payslip jumps you straight to the page.

From Workday → PDF → XLSX

1. Sign in to your employer's Workday URL (often myworkday.com with a tenant slug, or a company-branded subdomain).
2. Open the Pay worklet from the home page and click Payslips (or Pay → Payslips on tenants that surface them as a nested tab).
3. Click the pay period row to open the payslip, then use the Download PDF button (or Print → Save as PDF if your browser doesn't expose the download directly). On the Workday mobile app, the same flow ends with a Share/Export sheet that lets you save the PDF locally.
4. Drop that PDF into StubSheet — the extractor recognizes Workday's layout and outputs every field as a column in XLSX or CSV.

What you get back
